The UAE and Indonesia have always had strong trade relations over the years. In recent years with an increase in mutual visits at the level of top leadership and senior officials and the signing of several agreements and cooperation deals, the relations between the two countries have witnessed tremendous growth. The recent investment of $ 10 billion by UAE in Indonesia's sovereign wealth fund has showcased that the relations between UAE and Indonesia have elevated to a level that is closer than ever.

Though the pandemic has drastically slowed down the global economy, the UAE’s financial sector has shown resilience opening up opportunities for further collaboration between the two countries. We are looking forward to attracting and facilitating more UAE business partners to invest and strategically maintain operations with their Indonesian counterparts that will contribute to growth in the UAE’s economy.
