The relationship between Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates has flourished to be robust and reliable partners. This year, the two countries will celebrate their 45 years of strategic relationships and growing partnerships.

The momentum will be a strong impetus for economic cooperation and investment between the two countries in this challenging time when a pandemic still ravaging the world. I do hope that through this momentum there will be new cooperation in the energy sector between the business communities of the two countries. For instance, is a more constructive cooperation in renewable energy which I believe would not only be beneficial for both countries but will also contribute to the betterment of our global environment.
