In addition to his current position, His Highness hold the following positions: President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Second Vice Chairman of Dubai Executive Council since 2008, Chairman of Dubai Airports Corporation, Chairman of Dubai World, Chairman of Mohammed Bin Rashid University for Medicine and Health Sciences, Chairman of Dubai Free Zones Council, Chairman of Dubai Duty Free Corporation, Chairman of Emirates NBD, Chairman of Flydubai, Chairman of Oil Affairs Department, Chairman of Dubai Petroleum Corporation and Dubai World Foundation and Chairman of Alliance for Insurance for Financial Policy, Chairman of Alliance Insurance Company, Chancellor of the British University in Dubai, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Energy in Dubai, Member of the Board of Directors of the Strategic Affairs Council, General Authority of Civil Aviation and Dubai Government Investment Corporation, Vice Chairman of Dubai Expo 2020. He also chairs a number of charities including the Emirates Airline Foundation, Rotary Club of Dubai, Terry Fox Run, Rashid Childhood Care and Treatment Center.
