H.E. Khalil Mohammed Sharif Foulathi

 

H.E. Khalil Mohammed Sharif Foulathi is a board member of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and has received an honorary doctorate in law from the University of Bath in the UK, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to public services throughout his career. H.E. Foulathi has assumed many positions, including Chairman of the Central Bank of the UAE; Managing Director and Board Member of the founding committee of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (1996-1998); Chairman of the Committee to establish Al Hilal Bank in 2007 and member of the Board of Directors of Thuraya Telecommunications Company.
