H.E. Jamal Saif Al Jarwan, Secretary General of the UAE International Investors Council (UAEIIC)  held a virtual meeting with H.E. Obaid Saeed bin Taresh Al Dhaheri, the UAE Ambassador to Vietnam. 

Mr. Ezzat Sayed, Counselor - head of economy section at the Mission in Vietnam, and Mr. Ayman El Henawy, Director of Communication Department at  UAEIIC also participated in the meeting.

The meeting comes within the framework of the council’s goal to expand contacts between the business communities between both countries. 

The meeting also touched upon the council’s plan to launch a large-scale economic promotion campaign between the UAE and Vietnam soon in coordination with the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the country's Embassy in Vietnam; mainly aiming to advance the economic, trade and investment relations between the two countries.
