UAE and Nigeria... promising economic prospects

On behalf of the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development, Federal Republic of Nigeria, I am honored and privileged to be a part of this year’s line-up of activities by the United Arab Emirates International Investors Council (UAEIIC) and UAE Ministry of Economy on the margins of the ‘Expo 2020 Dubai’. Given our deepening bilateral commercial ties, I envisage this platform would to further strengthen the robust trade and investment relationship amongst our countries and avail Nigeria the opportunity to showcase its efforts towards economic diversification particularly in the development of its solid minerals sector. 

I appreciate the commitment towards the sustenance of a truly commendable mutual cooperation that exists between our nations.
