UAE and Nigeria... promising economic prospects
The UAE and Nigeria have long celebrated their rich and illustrious bilateral relations over the years. In fact, in 2019, their non-oil foreign trade between the two countries has reached AED5.3 billion, with non-oil exports reaching 0.79 billion, according to the data released by the UAE Ministry of Economy. The country is indeed an important market for trade and investment for the UAE, and we are beyond honoured to access its diverse markets and resources. We look forward to more collaborations with Nigerian businesses, as well as SMEs, because we are confident that such partnerships and alliances will surely contribute to the economic prosperity of the UAE, helping position it further as a global leader in trade. These undertakings will yield considerable benefits in terms of innovation and creativity.
