His Excellency grew up in the city of Abu Dhabi, received his education Bachelor of Business Administration - USA, and is fluent in both languages (English) his mother tongue (Arabic).

H.E. Abdullah Salem Obeid Al Dhaheri presented his credentials as UAE Ambassador to Indonesia to President Joko Widodo during a meeting held at the Presidential Palace in the capital Jakarta, since 11 March 2020.
